Free shipping: every order ships free to addresses in the United States.

Made to order: each paddle set is printed just for you. Most orders are printed within 2 to 5 business days and then shipped. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout.

Tracking: we'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship: we currently ship within the United States only.

Holiday gifts: delivery times can run longer from late November through December, so please order early.

Problems with delivery: if your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
