Refund policy

Every paddle set we sell is printed to order with your design, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a wrong size choice, or spelling and photo choices you approved in the preview.

If something goes wrong, we'll make it right. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.

You don't need to send the damaged item back unless we ask you to.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with our shipping partner to replace it.

Cancellations: because production starts quickly, we can only cancel an order if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it and it hasn't started printing.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
